Result | Our study demonstrated that Trigonelline blocks Nrf2 activation and its nuclear translocation via inhibition of EGFR signalling pathway. It has improved responsiveness of NSCLC cells for Cisplatin and Etoposide and could be a promising choice for lung cancer therapy.
